Returns Policy 

At The Beauty Box we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.


To return an item you must contact us by email to confirm which item(s) are being returned stating your order reference and the reason for return.  You are requested to return the goods by second class post.  We also suggest sending via registered or insured post, so the parcel can be traced.  Please ensure that items are packed securely to prevent any damage in transit.  Any free gifts associated with an item must also be returned at the same time.  


Please return the item(s) to our registered address along with the original packing note and the reason for return.  Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods.  If you are returning the item(s) because you have changed your mind we will refund the cost of the goods only.  There will be no refund for the original shipping costs of the goods from The Beauty Box to you or the cost to yourself of shipping the goods back to The Beauty Box. Where the original order qualified for Free Shipping then we reserve the right to recover our original shipping costs to you up to a maximum of £10.00. 

If you are returning the item(s) because they are damaged or faulty then the refund shall be for the goods and all shipping costs which will include a re-imbursement to you for the cost of returning the goods to The Beauty Box.  If you have ordered the wrong product, then you can still return for a full refund, but please note that the items must be unopened and unused and you will have to pay postage costs.

We'll gladly accept returns for any Dermalogica products purchased and will issue a full refund upon receiving your items within 30 days of the PURCHASE date.  Should you have a skin response to your product please also contact our customer service team as soon as possible.  All returns must be pre-approved by The Beauty Box Shop Ltd.  Please contact The Beauty Box Shop Ltd within 48 hours should you have any discrepancies with your order.

Our Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
